To save shipping cost for you, we lowered shipping by shipping your packages to the warehouses held by freight agents located in Hongkong, Shenzhen or Yiwu where your order gets officially taken care of by the courier for the next leg. Official logistics partner include DHL/UPS/USPS. The first leg is usually done by ZTO, a Chinese domestic logistic company. The first leg takes about 1-3 days in total. We can provide the tracking number for the first leg in case you want. The tracking info we send to you contains only the one generated by the second-leg bearer.
We ship most of our products directly from China. Due to the prevalence of COVID-19, international shipment has been slowed down generally to a substantial extent and the need for it has been growing. The shipping is adjusted to be acclimated to the change. We choose only express/air deliveries to fulfill orders. Shipping is charged for the factors of both weight and size. For instance, a “Zero Touch” bodysuit can weigh up to 12kg with packaging, which greatly adds to the final cost. You can also check the shipping strategy on DHL/UPS for further reference.
We are always working on the variety of payments so everyone will be able to access their favorite products in different countries and regions. So far we have not enabled COD or bank wire in any regions. PayPal will be recommended for all payments to make. It is safe and easy to use.

Seamless Stitches is available for most Zentais and it means we stitch it up only from the inner sides of the legs and arms, so that the suit has a better appearance from the outside. It applies only to legs and arms.
Most Zentais and some masks takes 21 days to customize. However, it might take up to 6 weeks in busy seasons. NEOGAN masks, MoliFX masks take 4 – 8 weeks to process by estimation. The processing time varies to orders. Products in stock usually take 7-10 days to process before they are able to ship. Typically when shipped from our warehouse, it takes 14 days to North America, 7 – 10 days to Europe and 3 days to East Asia. We choose DHL/FedEx/USPS/J-NET as our courier partners.
