Can I specify the shipping method? I want UPS rather than DHL to ship to my address.

When you proceed to the checkout page, you can choose the shipping method for the shipment, and see how much it will charge you for the delivery.

Mostly, there is only 1 shipping method. We’ve combined all the eligible couriers and listed them in the name. For example, the shipping method to the US and Canada will be “DHL/UPS Express”. It means we will choose either DHL or UPS as the shipping partner to fulfill the delivery.

If you would prefer either one, please leave us a note in the order. Or we will choose for you according to the best economy and speed. Should you wish to have another logistic company, please contact us after placing the order.

Please also note the shipping is automatically calculated based on weight and bulk of the items you wish to purchase.
