- Most Zentais and some masks takes 21 days to customize. However, it might take up to 6 weeks in busy seasons.
- NEOGAN masks, MoliFX masks take 4 – 8 weeks to process by estimation. The processing time varies to orders.
- Products in stock usually take 7-10 days to process before they are able to ship.
- Typically when shipped from our warehouse, it takes 14 days to North America, 7 – 10 days to Europe and 3 days to East Asia.
- We choose DHL/FedEx/USPS/J-NET as our courier partners.
